The data are collected by Adstrategy Global, Lda., A private limited company registered at the Commercial Registry of Lisbon under NIPC 513241558, headquartered at R. Cidade de Bolama 38J esc. A,B,C,D, 1800-079 Lisbon, hereinafter Adstrategy, subcontractor for the purposes of applying the General Regulation Data Protection, which collects them on behalf of One Nature.

One Nature has entered into a contract with Adstrategy under which Adstrategy undertakes not to transfer data to third countries.

In certain situations, both One Nature and Adstrategy may be notified to disclose personal information in response to requests by supervisory authorities to fulfill GDPR requirements.

We will process personal data securely, applying and maintaining technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, sharing or unauthorized access, where processing involves the transmission of data over the network, and against any other unlawful way processing.

Access and rectification or deletion of personal data

As the data owners, users have the right to request access to data concerning them, to request to rectify them and to delete them. You can also limit the treatment given to the data, as well as oppose it and still require data portability.

Marketing emails
